~ Steven Ghio

I’m a Bay Area native with over a decade of barbering experience and a passion for the craft.  Prior to becoming a barber, I attended the Academy of Art and developed an understanding of the foundations of good design.  My background, education, and ability to blend traditional barbering techniques along with precision cutting, gives me a unique perspective and skillset. This allows me to create a variety of styles ranging from classic to contemporary for today's modern gentleman.

A key component to great results is the trust and effective communication on which the barber and client relationship is built. I look forward to getting to know you over your beverage of choice, understanding how you want to present yourself to the world, and what I can do to help you achieve that.  I’m also available to offer styling advice to help you maintain your look.

Originally from Mendocino County before moving to the Bay Area, I discovered a passion for barbering at a young age. After suffering one too many questionable haircuts from my mom, I got creative and learned how to use a pair of clippers. After graduating from the AVEDA institute, I made my way to Marin County to practice my craft. I'm a firm believer that the barbershop is not just a place for a haircut, but a place where people of all ages can come together comfortably and connect with one another, leaving the chair looking and feeling their best.
